ISO 56002 covers all aspects of innovation management: from the inception of an idea to its implementation on a global scale. Adopting this standard will help Magnus consolidate our governance, increase the effectiveness of innovation, create the conditions for a widespread innovation culture and foster the emergence of new value propositions.

Cybersecurity Patents
Magnus has over a dozen patents in cloud, data management and cybersecurity across various areas to provide a key differentiator for any emerging technology solutions being sought by customers in federal and commercial applications. This demonstrates our commitment to the development of cybersecurity technologies in the face of significant cyber attacks by cyber actors and adversaries. Magnus will continue developing cybersecurity solutions and leverage this and other innovative cyber technologies to deliver meaningful cyber tools and solutions to our customers.

Compliance Assurance Framework
MAGNUS’s proprietary “Compliance Assurance Framework” was used to develop the External Audit Corrective Action Plan (CAP) methodology framework. This framework which has been implemented at a number of federal clients allowing them to take the recommendations provided by the Inspector General Auditors and initiate a series of coordinated activities and completely address not only the symptomatic issues identified by the assessors, but more importantly the underlying root and contributing causes which led to the weaknesses. This is a proactive methodology to assess and strengthen internal IT controls and rapidly and effectively respond to, and resolve, findings from the Annual Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM) and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) Audits of federal agencies. Additionally, once audit FISCAM/FISMA findings are resolved through our CAP process, we want assist organizations in adopting the framework for Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) which are known areas of weaknesses that may have been overlooked by the auditors.

Multi Cloud Data Security
This product uses a cryptographic primitive called proxy re-encryption (PRE) to achieve end-to-end confidentiality while sharing the contents for collaborative development. The goal of this solution is to securely share files and contents for existing cloud storage system by using a key-server to facilitate sharing of encrypted contents in a seamless way between two entities. Typically, the cloud storage provider and the key-server are both third-party entities and hence the user does not trust both the entities. We use a specially designed PRE scheme for this purpose, which plays a pivotal role in the key-server offering end-to-end security for encrypted contents that are stored in a cloud and shared among different entities in such a way that the cloud storage provider and the key-server are not able to decrypt the content even if they collude.

Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Cyber Mapping
This solution is being developed is an open-source intelligence (OSINT) and publicly available information (PAI) mapping of cyber attack techniques mapping and risk management to support our small to medium enterprises and agencies develop a stronger security posture. This solution is under development and is being beta tested in our labs.

Quantum Computing
Magnus brings forward-looking expertise in quantum computing and quantum security, recognizing both its transformative potential and its emerging risks to today’s digital infrastructure. As quantum computing advances at an accelerated pace, its ability to solve problems beyond the reach of classical computers also introduces a critical security challenge specifically the ability to break widely used encryption standards. With estimates suggesting quantum systems may be capable of cracking 2048-bit encryption within the next few years, Magnus closely tracks this rapidly narrowing timeline and helps organizations prepare for the next paradigm in cybersecurity.
Magnus’s focus areas include Quantum Cryptography, Quantum Communication, and Quantum Simulation. We explore quantum cryptography techniques that leverage the laws of quantum mechanics to enable inherently secure data transmission resistant to interception or tampering. Our work in quantum communication examines how quantum states, such as superposition, can be used to protect data in transit across optical networks. In parallel, Magnus applies quantum simulation research to support next-generation discovery and innovation in fields such as biosciences, medical research, and materials science. Through this multidisciplinary focus, Magnus helps organizations understand, prepare for, and capitalize on quantum technologies while safeguarding mission-critical assets.
